This is not stored on our website but emailed to our Leadership team to enable us to respond to you. We may keep a record of that correspondence;

Exception - If you request is for information regarding the Community First Responder scheme or to make a complaint we will likely direct your inquiry to the Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust. We may do this by passing on your original and subsequent communications with us. If you would prefer for this not to happen please inform us at the time of your inquiry and we can provide information on how to contact them directly.
